Once you receive your initial mockup you can let us know if there are any changes you would like to make to the design. Please be aware that design alterations at this point may cause your design to be reclassified in accordance with the guidance above. For example if you initially provided a category A. or B. design but would like us to add new elements to the design or otherwise significantly alter the design your design may be reclassified as a custom design and incur additional design fees and take more than the standard 48 hours for your next mockup. We will let you know if further steps will incur additional fees. Additionally fees are typically only paid once the design is complete and the customer is satisfied with the design.

Once your design has been finalized we advise that customers order at least one sample. The initial production of an item can take up to 3 days. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. So altogether once an initial sample is ordered customers can expect to receive their product within 10 business days. Subsequent orders are produced the same or next business. Delivery can be expected within the 5-7 business day window.

* Bulk orders sometimes take longer to produce and ship because there we may need to source products from multiple locations. For bulk orders (25+ items) please allow up to 10 days for fulfillment and shipping.
